Deletion of ChanBuild Account and Associated Data

At CHANDEL ENTERPRISES, we respect your privacy and are committed to giving every ChanBuild user full control over their personal information. If you no longer wish to use the Application, you may permanently delete your ChanBuild account along with the personal data associated with it.

This page explains how to request account deletion, what information will be removed, and what information may be retained to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your ChanBuild account directly from the mobile application.

Steps

  1. Open the ChanBuild application.
  2. Sign in using your registered account.
  3. Go to Profile.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Read the warning message carefully.
  6. Confirm your deletion request.

After confirmation, your request will be verified and processed. Once completed, your account and eligible personal information will be permanently removed from our active systems.

Information That May Be Retained

Any retained information will be stored only for the period required under applicable laws and will not be used for marketing purposes.
